MY WAII RENTAL POLICY:

* Check in 3:00 PM Check out 10:00 AM
* Minimum stay: 5 nights.
* Deposit: $500 of rental due within 10 days of confirmation. We accept Check, Visa or Mastercard.
* Final payment: 60 days prior to arrival; 90 days prior during holidays.
* Last minute bookings: If booked less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is due immediately.
* Cancellation policy: $200 cancel fee, once funds are on account until 61 days prior to arrival.
* 60-31 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% of total cost.
* 30 days or less: No refund, unless re-rented, then $200 is charged. No refunds on no shows or early departures.
* Trip cancellation insurance is recommended and available at time of booking.
